RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Q:What is your return policy?

A:Returns are accepted within 30 days from the day you placed your order. We do not refund any Shipping costs. Items(s) can only be returned in original condition with all tags attached and in it's original packaging. If the item has been used, worn, or tainted in any way, NiftyThriftyCo.com reserves the right to refuse the return or charge a restocking fee. All Swimwear and Sale items are a final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. All non-sale items purchased with promo codes can be returned for store credit only. Other restrictions may apply. PRICE ADJUSTMENTS

Q:What is your policy on price adjustments?

A:Unfortunately, we do not offer price adjustments at this time.

Q:What is your policy on promotional codes?

A:All promo codes are a limited time offer and must be entered at the time of purchase. Promo codes are not valid on previous purchases. Other restrictions may apply. For more information click here: promotions.
 

Q: What is your policy on returning something where promotional Free Shipping was applied to my order?

A: If you wish to return or exchange an item and you received free shipping for this item, a shipping charge will be deducted from the total amount credited back to you. If for some reason you wish to return or exchange an item and the amount of merchandise kept after the return does not reach the minimum requirement for the original discount given in the order, the discount amount will be properly deducted from the refund. For example, If any items are returned on a domestic order that received the promotional free shipping with a minimum purchase of $75.00, and a return is made with the remaining order kept being less than $75.00, a shipping fee will be charged for all items on the original order. Q: What is your policy on returning something where I received a promotional Gift with Purchase?

A: If you wish to return or exchange an item and the amount of merchandise kept after the return does not reach the minimum requirement for the Gift with Purchase, you must return the Gift with Purchase in original condition with all tags attached and in it's original packaging or the Gift with Purchase retail value will be deducted from the total amount credited back to you.
 

DEFECT/DAMAGE PRODUCT

Q: What do I do if the product which I receive is believed to be damaged or defected?

A: It is mandatory for us to do a quality control check before we ship out the product. If any product that was shipped to you damaged or defected, you must report this to NiftyThriftyCo@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving the item. We will do our best to resolve the problem.
 

WRONG PRODUCT

Q: What happens if the product I receive is not what I have ordered?

A: Please contact NiftyThriftyCo@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving the item.

PRODUCT RETURN

Q:How do I return a product?

A:You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from NiftyThriftyCo. You may write an e-mail to NiftyThriftyCo@gmail.com or fill out our CONTACT US form HERE to receive a RMA number. Please include a reason of why you’re returning this product. All return products without a RMA number will not be accepted.
 

RETURN SHIPPING FEE

Q: Who is responsible for return shipping fee?

A: Buyers are responsible for all return shipping fees.
 

RETURN SHIPPING ADDRESS

Q: How can I obtain a return shipping address?

A: Return shipping address will be given to you once you have obtained a RMA number.
 

Q: What is required in the return shipping package?

A: You must have the original item, unworn, un-use, along with the original tag attach to the item. Please also put a copy of the RMA form inside the return package as well. We will not accept returns without the RMA form and the original items being used.
 

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOM FEES

Q: Will I be charged a foreign custom tax?

A: NiftyThriftyCo.com does not charge a foreign custom tax. There may be a possible custom tax clearance when your package arrives that you will be responsible for.
 

Q: Does the international shipping charge includes foreign custom tax?

A: No. Buyer will be responsible for any possible foreign custom tax charges.
 

Q: Do you know my country's foreign custom tax fee?

A: No. Please check the fees at your local custom office for foreign tax information.
 

Q: Can you mark "Gift" when shipping my international order to me?

A: Unfortunately we cannot mark "Gift" to avoid any possible custom tax you may be responsible for. 
 

Q: Will there be any custom tax clearance?

A: Yes. Please be aware of any custom clearance issued by your country. You must clear the custom in-order to receive your shipment.
