On NiftyThriftyCo.com, we employ 128-bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology that safely encrypts all of your private information when placing an order, and guarantees it is sent securely into our systems to be processed. NiftyThriftyCo values your privacy and will not share your information.
 

CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER

Q: Can I make any changes to my online order?

A: Because we pride ourselves in processing your orders quickly and efficiently, once your order has been confirmed, we can no longer cancel or modify your order. Please see our return policy for additional information.

Q: How do I know if my orders has been confirmed?

A: You will receive a confirmation email showing the items which you have purchased.

Q: How can I track the status of my order?

A: You can go directly to US postal service website www.usps.com or click on the Track Order link in your account page.
 

SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION

Q: Do you send out packages with signature confirmation?

A: All orders over $150 USD will be shipped requiring a signature on delivery.
 

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS

Q: What if I placed an order and NiftyThriftyCo.com doesn't have it?

A: We make every effort to maintain a good amount of supply in our stock, sometimes we run out of certain items. Out-of-stock items will be removed from your original order total and a revised total will appear in your shipping confirmation email. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept back orders at this time.
 

GIFT ORDERS

Q: How do I place a gift order?

A: When placing your order, please select "Is this a Gift?" during the checkout process. Price tags will be removed from all the item(s) and a gift receipt with no pricing information will be included with the order. You may also include a brief message that will be printed on the gift receipt.

A: To fully enjoy your new products, make sure you read the item's label and follow the care instructions.
 

BILLING PROCESS

Q: What types of payments are being accepted for online purchases, and when am I billed?

A: NiftythriftyCo.com accepts all major credit card such as VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, DISCOVER, and PAYPAL. If you are paying with debit card, please verify with your bank if there are limitations pertaining to daily withdrawals on your card. NiftyThriftyCo.com reserves the justify to request additional identification. If this is needed, we will contact you by e-mail or telephone.
 

Q: I don’t have a PayPal account, how can I apply one to use on NiftyThriftyCo.com?

A: You can register for a PayPal account by visiting www.paypal.com and clicking on the 'Sign Up' button at the top of the page. After you have complete the registration form, PayPal will send you a confirmation email. It will contain instructions to complete the registration process. Once your PayPal account has been created, you can use it to pay for products at NiftyThriftyCo.com.
 

SHIPPING AND HANDLING OPTION

Q: What shipping and handling options are available?

A: Orders are shipped via United States Post Office using the most updated rates from their website.
 

TRACKING NUMBERS

Q: When will I receive tracking number?

A: Tracking number will be provided when the item is being shipped out. However, tracking numbers will ONLY be provided to domestic buyers and international buyers who purchased Express Mail International shipping.
 

SHIPPING TIME ESTIMATES

Q: When will my order be shipped?

A: Most orders are shipped within 2 weeks of placing your order, provided the product(s) ordered are in stock. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on Saturday, Sunday, and National Holidays. Once an order is placed, the shipping option that was selected on the order can no longer be changed.
 

Q: Do you have expedited shipping?

A: Yes. Expedited orders must be made before 12:00 pm Eastern Time to guarantee that your order is processed the same day. If your shipping information does not match your billing information, there may be a delay in order processing. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on Saturday, Sunday, and National Holidays. We do not guarantee arrival date of an order. Once an order is placed, the shipping option that was selected on the order can no longer be changed.
 

SHIPPING TO MULTIPLE ADDRESS AND DIFFERENT METHOD

Q: Can I ship an order to multiple addresses with different shipping method?

A: If you would like to ship to a multiple address and different shipping method you must use separate checkouts.

Q: Do you have any Free Shipping promotions right now?

A: Yes. We offer free shipping for buyers shipping within the US on orders over $75.00 USD, and free shipping for International buyers on orders over $250.00 USD. For more information click here: promotions.
 

SHIPPING TO P.O. BOXES

Q: Can I ship an order to a P.O. Box?

A: Unfortunately, we no longer accept orders that ships to a P.O. Box. However, orders that are shipped to A.P.O. or F.P.O., boxes within United States are automatically shipped by USPS ground.

What is the BB bag?

A monthly bag delivered straight to your doorstep filled with curated boho items from real boho lovers just like you. Bags may include anything from Jewelry, Accessories, Scarves, Home Decor, Clothing, Kimonos, Tea/Snacks, Perfume/Aromatheraphy Mists, Candles, Incense & so much More! 

How does it work/When will my box ship?

Pick your box and sign up. We do the rest! Easy Peasy.

  • Renews on the 11th, boxes ship the 18-22nd the month following when the order is placed

I can't find my coupon code

No worries! You can always find a list of current promotions HERE. Please remember to enter them exactly as they are case sensitive.

How are the boxes priced?

Plans are priced in month to month options, 3 month prepay, 6 month prepay and 12 month prepay options. There is usually a substantial discount when paying upfront for the year.

Can I cancel my subscription?

As with any subscription box , you may cancel at any time. Cancellations must be made by the tenth of the month, if you cancel after the tenth you will be charged for that month and receive that months box. (Renewal date is the 11th for all subscriptions) If you cancel your Monthly Subscription, the cancellation will take effect for your next Bag monthly billing cycle. You will not be eligible for a refund for monthly subscription fees paid prior to the month the cancellation takes effect. After that, your subscription will be canceled and you will not receive any more shipments.  You accept responsibility for all recurring charges prior to cancellation. Keep in mind you can always skip a month instead if you just need a break. 

Can I return items?

Well, subscription boxes are all about the surprise, so no.  We are not able to accept returns on any Bohemian Bae subscription plan/product. We select our products carefully around a monthly theme. We are a full discovery service, and experimentation is part of the fun! We do not offer refunds or returns on subscriptions of any kind. However, if you receive a damaged item or an item is missing please contact us HERE or email us at NiftyThriftyCo@gmail.com and send us a pic of the damaged item and we'll replace it at no charge. **If you wish to discontinue your subscription AFTER your initial order,  cancellations must be received by the 10th of the month, otherwise, you will be charged one last cycle.**

How Many Items Can I Expect?

There are three tiers. Mini, Og/Specialty Boxes, and Pro.  Minis will include a new Boho Bag each month and 2-3 items, OG and Specialty boxes such as "Wanderlust" and "Dreamer" include a bag and 4-6 items and Finally our largest box, The Pro, includes the bag and 6-8.

Do you ship overseas?

We do ship worldwide. Shipping is $4.95 within the US and varies depending on the country overseas.

My Tracking hasn't updated

No worries! Tracking can sometimes take up to 72 hours to update, normally when it arrives in a regional area. If Tracking has exceeded 72 hours and still not updated  please contact us here for help locating a package.
